Can I return an item for a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange the item for store credit within 14 days of receiving it.
Are items purchased with discount codes during sales eligible for return or exchange?
No, orders made with discount codes, and during Holiday seasons are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
How can I use the store credit I received from an exchange?
Store credit can be applied towards any future purchase on our website and has no expiration date. Note that shipping costs are not refundable, and store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes during checkout.
What are the conditions for initiating a return?
Before returning items, contact us at returnsbloomwithstyle@gmail.com. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
How are damaged items or incorrect orders handled?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Bloom with Style covers the cost of shipping the item back, and we will provide a full store credit refund or send the correct item.
What happens if I return an item that doesn't meet the specified conditions?
Items not meeting the return conditions will be sent back at the customer's cost. If a store credit purchase is returned a second time, a $5.00 restocking fee will be applied.
Are there any exceptions for final sale items?
No exceptions or exchanges will be granted for final sale items, including, flash sales, deals of the day, in-store credit codes, markdowns, sale items, swimsuits, and accessories.
How long does it take to process a return and receive store credit?
Upon receiving your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to issue your store credit, which will be sent to you via email.
